The RRB ALP 2024 selection process consists of the following stages:

CBT Stage 1

CBT Stage 2:
The second stage of the RRB ALP CBT exam is divided into two parts: Part A and Part B.

- It comprises 100 questions with a total duration of 90 minutes.

CBAT
For the CBAT (Computer-Based Aptitude Test) round, candidates will be shortlisted in a ratio of 1:8 based on ALP vacancies for each category and their scores in Part A of the CBT 2 exam. This round will be conducted only in English and Hindi, with no negative marking.
The final selection will be determined using a 70:30 ratio, where:
- 70% of the marks are derived from Part A of the CBT 2 exam.
- 30% of the marks are based on performance in the CBAT exam.
RRB ALP CBAT 2024
- Exam Language: Conducted in both English and Hindi.
- Negative Marking: No negative marking is applicable.
- Weightage: The Part A CBT II marks contribute 70%, while CBAT marks account for 30% in the final merit list.
- Merit List: Only candidates who pass the CBAT will be considered for inclusion in the RRB ALP merit list.
