SSC GD Constable PET (Physical Efficiency Test) Details

Candidates who score above the cut-off marks in the SSC GD online exam will be eligible to participate in the Physical Efficiency Test (PET). The standards for the PET are set by SSC.

  • Pregnancy at the time of the Physical Test will result in disqualification. Pregnant female candidates will be rejected at this stage.
  • Ex-servicemen shortlisted through the Computer Based Examination (CBE) will participate in the PET/PST only for height, chest, and weight measurements. PET will not be conducted for ex-servicemen, but they must pass the Detailed Medical Examination (DME).

SSC GD Constable PST (Physical Standard Test) Details
