HPSC PGT Eligibility Criteria Subject Wise

The HPSC PGT (Haryana Public Service Commission Post Graduate Teacher) eligibility criteria vary by subject. (i) Candidates must have an M.Com. degree with accounting, cost accounting, or financial accounting as a major subject of study, achieving at least 50% marks, and a B.Ed. from a recognized university. Degrees in M.Com. in Applied/Business Economics are not eligible.

(ii) Candidates must have completed Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or 10+2/B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one of the subjects.

(iii) A certificate of having qualified for the Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) or the School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET) is required.

(iv) A consistently good academic record is mandatory.

HPSC PGT Computer Science

(i) Candidates must have an M.Sc. in Computer Science (Regular two-year course), MCA (Regular three-year course), or BE/B. Tech. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or IT (Regular course) with at least 55% aggregate marks from a recognized university.

(ii) Candidates must have completed Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or 10+2/B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one of the subjects.

(iii) A certificate of having qualified for the Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) or the School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET) is required.

(iv) A consistently good academic record is mandatory.

HPSC PGT Fine Arts

(i) Candidates must have an M.A. in Fine Arts with at least 50% marks and a B.Ed. from a recognized university.

(ii) Candidates must have completed Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or 10+2/B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one of the subjects.
